Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is made between BEYZANTIUM HEDİYELİK EŞYA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Seller") and the Customer ("Buyer"). By purchasing from our website, the Buyer agrees to the following terms:

1. Subject:
This agreement governs the sale of products through the Seller's website to the Buyer.

2. Product Details:
Product descriptions, prices, and specifications are available on the website. Products are sold as-is, and due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations may occur.

3. Payment Terms:
Payments must be made in full via the payment methods provided on the website.

4. Delivery:
The Seller will ship the products to the address specified by the Buyer within the stated delivery timeframes. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

5. Returns:
Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. The Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours of receipt to resolve such issues.

6. Liability:
The Seller is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.

7. Governing Law and Disputes:
This agreement is governed by the laws of Turkiye.  Disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of  Turkiye.

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
